What to Do If Your Credit/Debit Card Payment Is Declined
Place a New Order
In the event that your payment is declined, you’ll need to initiate a new order. Unfortunately, we are unable to reinstate orders once a payment has been refused.

To minimize the chances of your new order being declined, we suggest you perform the following checks:
- Verify Card Details: Double-check that all the information you’ve entered is accurate, especially the expiry date of your card.
- Correct Security Code Entry: Ensure you enter the three-digit security code correctly. This code is located on the back of your card.
- Contact Your Card Issuer: There’s a possibility that your card issuer declined the payment. Since they may not inform us of the reason, it’s advisable to check with them directly or get in touch with your bank.
- Try an Alternative Card or Payment Method: If you’ve confirmed all the above details and the payment is still declined, consider using a different card or another available payment method.
